Venezuelan, Colombian Ministers Meet on Border Conflict

Two days after the presidents of Venezuela and Colombia met and adopted a 7-point plan to resolve the border crisis, ministers of the two countries will be meeting in Caracas to discuss its implementation. They will consider bilateral measures to improve conditions along the border and fight drug trafficking and Colombian paramilitary activity in the affected areas.
