Clinton, Gowdy spar over ARB investigation

House Select Committee on Benghazi Chair Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) told former secretary of state Hillary Clinton during a hearing Oct. 22 that the Accountability Review Board's investigation of the attack on Benghazi "was an inadequate job."
