Social media capture flash flooding in Texas

A slow-moving thunderstorm complex spawned tornadoes and caused widespread flash flooding in central Texas on Friday morning, Oct. 30. Rainfall rates topped 6 inches per hour, and rivers and creeks are closing in on record water levels.
