Delhi HC upholds power companies’ plea against CAG audit

In a big boost for three major power distribution companies, the Delhi High Court upheld their plea against an audit by the CAG. But this does come as a blow for the Aam Aadmi Party, that had sought a CAG audit of discoms, alleging irregularities. Here’s a report.
