20 vite me pare një grup studentesh te lëvizjes se dhjetorit u ndanë përfundimisht nga partia e djathte e sapolindur dhe u bene pjese e një grupimi te rinjsh me ideale te majta. Kjo lëvizje u be pjese e Partisë Socialiste ne janar te 1992 dhe u kthye ne një nga forumet më me peshe brenda forcës politike qe kërkonte atë kohe gjak te ri. Ilir Zela ishte kryetari i pare i FRESSH-it. Por ne 20 vjet shume gjera kane ndryshuar dhe një pjese e figurave drejtuese te forumit rinor socialist, qe kane mbajtur edhe poste te larta kur qeveriste e majta, ose janë larguar përfundimisht nga PS ose janë rikthyer si aleate. Për ti rikthyer rëndesën e humbur politike, selia roze synon ta riformatoje atë jo vetëm ne përmbajtje. Erion Veliaj, qe drejton sekretarinë për rininë ne PS është vene ne krye te këtij projekti. Ne 15 janar, rreth 5 mije te rinj te forumit nga e gjithë Shqipëria do te kujtojnë 20-vjetorin e themelimit. Pjesa e pare e aktivitetit, qe pritet te përshëndetet edhe nga kryetari socialist Edi Rama do te mbahet ne Pallatin e Kongreseve, ndërsa pasdite 500 te rinj do te hedhin idetë e tyre për t'iu shtuar programit qeverisës te selisë roze.
