Emra te rinj ne përbërje te KQZ - Vizion Plus - News - Lajme

Zgjidhet enigma e KQZ. Dy partitë e mëdha PS dhe PD kane përzgjedhur 4 anëtaret e tyre ne këtë komision. Partia me e madhe e mazhorances ka vendosur te propozoje serish te njëjtët emra: Vera Shtjefnin dhe Hysen Osmanin si anëtare te KQZ, ndërkohe qe PS çon ne Kuvend 2 emra te rinj: Denar Biben dhe Albana Shtyllën, te cilët do te zëvendësojnë Dëshira Subashin dhe Artan Lazen ne këtë komision. Denar Biba aktualisht punon pranë Gjykatës se Larte si këshilltar ligjor, ndërkohë qe ne vitet 2002 -2010 ka punuar fillimisht si drejtor i marrëdhënieve me publikun dhe me pas si këshilltar pranë Gjykatës Kushtetuese. Albana Shtylla prej shkurtit te këtij viti është shefe e kabinetit te Avokatit te Popullit ndërkohe qe ka punuar edhe ne drejtorinë e përafrimit te legjislacionit ne Ministrinë e Drejtësisë. Ndërkaq, LSI dhe PBDNJ dy partitë qe sipas kodit zgjedhor duhet te propozojnë nga një anëtar, ende nuk kane publikuar emrat e përzgjedhur. Sipas Kodit Zgjedhor, anëtaret e KQZ duhet te ishin zgjedhur qe ne 15 shtator, 30 dite pas dekretimit te kodit te ri, por partitë me konsensus e shkelen atë. Pas zgjedhjes se anëtareve brenda 10 ditëve partive politike do tu duhet te zgjedhin kryetarin e KQZ. Për këtë post Kuvendi shpalli vakancen duke ftuar te interesuarit te aplikojnë dhe deri ne 13 shtator pranë Kuvendit aplikuan 11 kandidate për postin e kryetari, një liste qe Kuvendi ende nuk e ka bere publike.
