Asambleja e zgjeruar e PS se Tiranës, ka çelur zyrtarisht punën për përgatitjet drejt zgjedhjeve parlamentare të 23 qershorit 2013 me një strategji që parashikon vizita dere me dere me të gjithë votuesit.
Këtë e tha qarte kryetari i asamblesë kombëtare Gramoz Ruçi, ku shpalosi strategjinë e socialisteve për ti fituar këto zgjedhje. Me tej Ruçi i ndal dhe tek politikat e ndjekura nga qeveria duke akuzuar kryeministrin Berisha si antikombetar e duke e cilësuar si vella siamez me ahmet Zogun. Socialistet do te mbrojnë votën nga vjedhja dhe siç e cilësoi kryetari i PS së Tiranës, kjo do behet me çdo çmim.
