Aksioni i përmbaruesve ka vijuar kete te mërkurë me nxjerrjen nga banesat e pronareve te qiramarrësve ne rrugën "Tefta Tashko". Edhe pse nuk pati perplasje mes paleve, qirramaresit kane kundershtuar daljen nga shtepite. Ata nuk jane kunder kthimit te banesave te pronaret e ligjshem, por nje pjese nuk plotesojne dot kushtet per te marre kredine e zbutur. Ne te tilla raste kur familjaret jane dy pensioniste apo pa mbeshtetje nga persona te rinj ne moshe, alternativa qe ofron shteti eshte azili. Deri ne daten 7 janar ne entin kombëtar te banesave jane depozituar 592 kerkesa nga ish-pronaret, nga te cilat 231 ne Tirane dhe 221 ne Durrës. Enti ka derguar ne gjykate per urdhër ekzekutimi 401 raste, ndërkohë qe 293 ish pronare kane tashme ne dore urdhrin nga gjyqësori. Sipas përmbarimit, deri tani jane liruar 70 banesa ish-pronaresh. Gjithsej jane rreth 3300 qirramares qe kane derguar dosjet per te marre kredi te bute, por vetem 1000 te tilla jane miratuar. Sipas ligjit, enti kombëtar i banesave nuk ka te drejte te kryeje asnje veprim ne rast se qiramarrësi nuk eshte bere pjese e dosjeve ne banke per aplikimin per kredi. Permes nje klauzole ligjore edhe vete ish pronari mund te dorezoje ne ent kontraten e qerase se qiramarrësit me shtetin, per te nisur me pas procedurat per lirimin e baneses dhe kthimin tek i zoti.
