WATCH The Terrifying Moment A Suspension Bridge Collapses

Four backpackers were trekking through Te Urewera National Park in New Zealand when a suspension bridge collapsed on them.

They fell 8 metres into the river.Footage of the moment shows all of the backpackers fly over the side of the bridge and then splash into the river below.They had to hoist themselves up using a remaining cable to get back to safety.
