Slayer Exciter RF field

This is my first slayer exciter tesla coil. The very strong RF field messes up with the phone camera and makes the video hazy for a few seconds. It uses a 2n3055 .\r

Using a 2n3055 and a heatsink; at approximately 43W input; a hefty amount of fluoros could be lit by being grounded; literally plugged into the ground on one .\r

It didnt work very well at 15V, but at 37V there was a lot of plasma and good RF field that ocassionally messed up my phone camera. Driver: .
