French president François Hollande starts a week of commemorations of the Islamist terror attacks in Paris that began with an assault on satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo and lasted three days, claiming 17 lives. Hollande and Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo unveil plaques at the offices of the satirical magazine, the spot where a police officer was shot and at a supermarket where four people were killed.
