Chennai/ New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Activists and members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community carried out a protest in the national capital to oppose apex court’s ruling on Section 377. The LGBT members hope the Supreme Court will repeal Section 377, which criminalises gay sex, when it hears a curative petition filed by gay rights activists on Tuesday. Meanwhile, in Chennai, activists addressed people with an aim to create awareness about the difficulties faced by LGBT members under the ban.
