This is Experienced Level One class. Not suitable for complete beginners but great for beginners that have done a few classes already.
In this class we are going to work on the basic yoga moves such as triangle, warrior one, downward facing dog, cobra, camel, back extensions, lunges, shoulder openers, hip openers, oblique stretches, hamstring stretches. Spinal rotation great for boxers and martial artists. Wrists, forearm stretches.
