Tattoo artist offers free services to cover self-harm and domestic abuse scars

Brian Finn is a tattoo artist, who has started working on his days off. The purpose is not to make extra cash, but to offer his services free of charge to those with scars from domestic abuse or self harm. Keri Lumm (@thekerilumm) reports.
