Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan is a Super Saiyan that has absorbed Super Saiyan God powers So, thats why this is called SSGSS. Blue hair Goku was revealed in the Dragon Ball Z: Revival of Frieza trailer but Vegetas new super saiyan god transformation wasnt revealed until a image of vegeta with blue hair leaked on the internet so its definitely confirmed.I hope that clears things up for you guys :)
