It seems plausible that Maurice White knew his time on earth was soon at a close, after living over 20 years with Parkinson's; and he decided to leave us with some words, to not only bring closure to any queries asked over the years, but to also close this chapter in his life here. i cannot say- until i read the book a few months from now.
