Murthal rape: Tough to probe till victims come forward, says Haryana Minister

New Delhi, Feb 28 (ANI): Haryana's Health Minister Anil Vij on Sunday condemned the Murthal rape incident and said it is difficult to probe the matter till the victims come forward.
Vij said the government is very serious regarding the matter, adding that case would be registered if the statement of the truck driver, who is the eyewitness in the case, proves to be authentic.
