Santiago: US, China are greedy; Poe will talk to China

Senators Miriam Defensor-Santiago and Grace Poe blast the Edca, saying the Senate should have say on it. Santiago hit the US and China for their greed. Poe asks ‘What do we get from Edca?’ She says she will seek talks with China.
