Iraqi forces sweep Ramadi neighborhoods for jihadists

Iraqi forces have declared Ramadi liberated from jihadists but members of the so-called Islamic State group remain in some parts of the city, and federal forces continue to sweep neighborhoods looking for fighters as well as civilians who may have been trapped in their homes by the fighting or held as human shields.
