The Floss Bands in the video are being used to restrict blood flow in the biceps and triceps. This movement produces a greater pump then your usual low weight high rep exercises. This type of training is called Occlusion Training or Blood Flow Restriction (BFR’S). It’s a great way to train to obtain maximum results in mass and strength. After an upper body day I finish up with bicep curls using heavy chains and then transition to overhead press using 53 lb. kettlebell. In closing BFR training is a great way to get that pump everyone desires and the Floss Bands are a cheap training tool that can perform BFR’s. Add them into your upper body regiment and watch how your strength and muscle mass increase. Take advantage of this simple yet advance training method and reap those benefits. Comment below after you tried them. Can also be used on legs but do them as a finisher exercise. Perform leg press and super set with hamstring curls(10-12 reps, 4-5 sets).
