India has been supplying explosives to ISIS

A European Union mandated study has revealed supply chains and detonators from India to Iraq and Syria which were used extensively by ISIS. Question arises that if India can supply explosives to ISIS in Middle East, since how long it has been supporting terror acts in Afghanistan and Pakistan.
