Teenager ripped tongue after licking frozen pipe for a dare

Teenager who licked a frozen pipe for a bit of banter was left in agony when his tongue stuck to it for five minutes then RIPPED when he tore it off .
Welder, Jamie Lee, was left with his tongue stuck to a gas bottle pope for five minutes.
