Lauren Stamile talks to ET's Thea Andrews about her new role on the hit ABC medical drama.
Will Nurse Rose (LAUREN STAMILE) come between Meredith (ELLEN POMPEO) and McDreamy (PATRICK DEMPSEY)? Tune in to tonight's episode of "Grey's Anatomy," airing at 9 p.m. on ABC, when Derek (Dempsey) has to deal with the aftermath of his kiss with Rose.
ET's THEA ANDREWS caught up with the woman playing the newest threat to the unstable "Grey's" romance, and the two dished about what it was like to kiss the man who was just voted Favorite Male TV Star in the "People's Choice Awards."
"Absolutely, I was nervous," Lauren tells Thea. "In fact, before the scene, I had to come out and say, 'Patrick I am nervous. I am freaking out. I don't really know what to do.' It went well. He made it very fun for me. I made fun of myself. He made fun of me. We laughed a lot."
Lauren compares her role to a girl coming in and stealing her best friend's boyfriend, so she is prepared for people to not be happy with that.
But as she points out: "It seems as if their relationship has veered off into the dysfunctional. Sometimes when you take a break, you realize how much you miss them."
