Russian state TV shows three heavy attack helicopters leave Moscow's Hmeymim airbase in Syria for Russia.

"Servicemen remaining here continue their service, let's say the forces on duty are able to, at any time, upon command, repel any attack and accomplish any set (military) tasks."
