Lakhimpur hospital denies medical assistance to mentally challenged rape survivor

Lakhimpur (Uttar Pradesh), Apr 06 (ANI): In a major defeat to humanity, a mentally challenged minor rape survivor was allegedly denied a stretcher and a wheel chair when she was brought for a medical check-up to the district hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur city. The 15-year old victim was brutally raped in Bhira Kheri village.
