Spring Ice Storm Paralyzes Southern Ontario

A storm brought freezing rain to southern Ontario on Friday, March 25, knocking out power for tens of thousands of residents. Three southern Ontario school boards cancelled classes and school buses. The authorities also issued weather warnings in parts of Quebec and the Maritimes. This video shows icy roads, downed trees and frozen branches in Fergus, Wellington County, Ontario.
