Ecuador: Rebuilding a "country in crisis"

The death toll from last Saturday's earthquake in Ecuador has risen to 646. 130 people are still missing after the 7.8 magnitude quake. President Rafael Correa says his "country is in crisis" and has estimated the damage will cost up to $3bn.
