Delhi court summons Rajendra Pachauri in sexual harassment case

New Delhi, May 14 (ANI): A Delhi court has summoned former United Nations climate panel chief, Rajendra Pachauri, in a sexual harassment case after taking cognizance of a charge sheet filed by police, said the victim's lawyer on Saturday. Pachauri quit as chairman of the United Nations panel of climate scientists in 2015, ending 13 turbulent years in charge of the Nobel Peace Prize-winning group, after a 29-year-old female employee accused him of sexual harassment. Pachauri would have to appear before court on July 11.
