Wheelchair-bound elderly woman 'not allowed' to board AI flight

Mumbai, May 16 (ANI): A 70-year-old women passenger on wheelchair was reportedly prohibited from boarding an Air India flight to New York purportedly due to over booking of the plane. Divulging details, the passenger's daughter Rupal Shukla said her wheelchair-bound mother faced difficulty but no assistance was provided to her. Rupal added that the duty manager and staff sitting at the counter refused to speak to me over phone, saying they are not authorised to speak to her.
