Duterte claims Mexican cartel is operating in the Philippines

Duterte said the Mexican drug cartel Sinaloa is using the Philippines as an intermediate destination due to challenges in directly reaching the United States. The Sinaloa cartel is reputed to be the largest source of illegal drugs to the US.
