Civilian deaths mount after Syrian regime loses ground

At least 30 people have been killed in the latest fighting in Syria's Aleppo and Idlib. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitoring network, over 460 civilians have been killed since the start of August.
