Is the Non-Aligned Movement relevant today?

Representatives from 120 countries are attending the Non-Aligned Movement at a summit in Caracas, Venezuela. Set up during the Cold War, NAM sought a 'middle way' for the developing world, opposing imperialism and great power politics.
