Separatists delay withdrawal in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine

The pull back of troops in the village of Petrovskoe in Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine,required by the Minsk peace accord, has not started yet. Pro-Russian separatists say they are waiting for the signal that Ukrainian forces will also withdraw.
