Driver narrowly avoids crash with 'distracted' driver

A dashcam video has emerged of a motorist driving in the middle of the road, almost hitting another one.

The footage, shot on Monday in Lower Montague, Canada, captures the moment the dashcam owner has to swerve to avoid hitting the oncoming vehicle.
