Firefighters rescue boy stuck outside fourth floor window

A dramatic video has emerged of a boy left dangling air after his head got stuck in the railing outside a window on the fourth floor of an apartment building.

The footage, captured in Meizhou, Guangdong Province, China on September 16, shows firefighters cutting the railing to free the boy.
