Drone Video Shows Town of Fair Bluff Still Under Water

Days after Hurricane Matthew swept across North Carolina, streets, homes and businesses were still flooded in Fair Bluff, North Carolina. This drone video from resident Jody Johnson shows the flood waters still covering much of the town as citizens struggle to recover.
