Philippine mayor killed in police shootout

In the Philippines, a mayor is the latest victim of President Rodrigo Duterte's crackdown on drugs. Mayor Samsudin Dimaukom and nine of his men were gunned down by police in a pre-dawn shootout in Duterte's home province of Mindanao.
