Peppa Pig is an animated show for children that is on Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, ABC 4 (Australia) and Discovery Kids (Latin America). Each episode stars Peppa Pig and they usually involve every day normal activities like swimming, school, shopping, visiting family (cousins and grandparents), Going to the park, riding bikes and various other activities. Each character on Peppa Pig is an animal. They all wear clothes, live in houses and drive cars and each displays characteristics of the type of animal that they are based on. For example, Peppa Pig, Daddy Pig, Mummy Pig and George are all Pigs. As such they love to play in mud and they all oink on occasion and sometimes at random.\r

The Pigs are clearly the main characters on the show. The main pigs include Peppa Pig, George Pig, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig. You will also notice that there are other pigs like Grandpa Pig, Granny Pig, Uncle Pig, Aunty Pig, Chloe Pig and my kids favorite Baby Alexander Pig. Peppa Pig also includes various other families (which are all animals) like the Rabbits, The Sheep, The Cats, The Dogs, The Ponies and several other families.\r
