Let's be honest. We don't know about you but we've definitely had our fair share of relationships that were pretty much doomed to fail from the very beginning, regardless of who was really at fault. And yet, for some strange reason, we keep finding ourselves back in the same types of relationships with the same kinds of men. So, what gives?

Why does dating have to be such a vicious (not to mention super frustrating) cycle?


Even though we can probably see the signs from a mile ahead, we STILL somehow manage to fall for guys who are the absolute worst. We think it's safe to say that there's definitely some truth to that adage "'Better the devil you know than the devil you don't." After all, what other reason would there be for us to constantly jump into relationships that we know are going to end badly?

Honestly, is there a way to avoid falling into these patterns?
