Cookie Monster and Elmo decide to visit Hoopers Store to buy Play Doh cookies and Playdoh Ice Cream. Big Bird serves the Sesame Street characters Elmo and Cookie Monster a Play-Doh mint chocolate chip ice-cream cone and Play Dough chocolate chip cookie. Cookie Monster tries to eat his play doh cookie and drops the cookie on the ground of Hoopers Store. Big Bird tells him the store floor is dirty and not to eat his cookie. So Cookie Monster throws his playdoh cookie in Oscar The Grouchs garbage can. Oscar the Grouch gets mad and yells at Cookie Monster for throwing the cookie in his trash can. \r
