Chelsea's Conte ready to face old foe Lambert

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte says he's looking forward to shaking hands with Wolves manager Paul Lambert, 20 years after they faced each other as Juventus and Borussia Dortmund players in the UEFA Champions League final.
