Living like a local in Girona, Catalonia, Spain

On my recent visit to Spain I toured around the Costa Brava area of Catalonia and spent a lot of time in the city of Girona. While there I took a 3 day 2 night "live like a local" tour where I visited an organic dairy farm and learned how to milk a cow, practiced with the famous Castellers, went kayaking, ate copious amounts of great food and had a cooking and class and so much more.
