Ethnic groups in Myanmar sign up for peace talks

Several ethnic groups in Myanmar are preparing for the next round of talks to find a permanent peace settlement after decades of conflict.

It comes as one of the largest groups of fighters in Shan State celebrates their 70th Anniversary.
