Coca crops expand in Bolivia as Morales enacts new law

President Evo Morales says the problem of cocaine consumption in occident is not present in Bolivia, as he promulgates a new coca law on Wednesday extending total land mass dedicated to coca production to 22.000 hectares, but opposition fears 90% of coca produced in the Chapare region falls into the hands of drug traffickers.
