Cuban Migrants Stranded in Mexico

Hundreds of Cuban migrants remain stranded in the Mexican city of Nuevo Laredo on the U.S.-Mexico border as hopes that U.S. President Trump will reinstate the so-called "wet-foot, dry-foot" policy have begun to dwindle.
