71 Killed, 6 Survive After Brazilian Soccer Team's Plane Crashes in Colombia
Colombia’s civil aeronautics agency says it has found the two flight recorders from the airplane that crashed Monday night near Medellin with a Brazilian soccer team aboard.
The agency says in a Twitter message that both of the recorders have been recovered “in perfect condition.” Only six of the 77 people aboard survived. Colombia officials initially reported 81 passengers were on board the charted plane, but later confirmed four passengers did not board the flight.
