Funnel Clouds Form Over Lincoln, California

Funnel clouds were spotted in the sky over the central California city of Lincoln on Thursday, April 13.

Cortney Campbell captured this video showing clouds swirling over Lincoln during a stormy day in the Placer County city, which is located around 30 miles northeast of Sacramento.
