A Shiv Sena leader was caught on camera for assaulting a woman traffic constable in Thane after she stopped him for using his mobile phone while driving.
The entire incident was caught on CCTV camera in which the Shiv Sena leader, Shashikant Kalgude, could be seen slapping the woman cop.
