Shashi Tharoor takes a jibe at PM Modi's Make in India

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor took a jibe at the PM Modi saying policies like 'Make in India' and hatred cannot go together. Tharoor asserted that in order to maintain India's soft power, the larger idea of India needs to be sustained.
