Ara Blast: JD(U) MLA Sunil Pandey arrested

Bihar Police has arrested JD(U) MLA Sunil Pandey in connection with Ara blast case. Pandey was arrested from the office of Ara SP where he was called for a meeting. The arrest was made after Sachidanand Sharma alias Lambu Sharma, main accused in the bomb blast at Ara district court in January this year, said that Pandey facilitated his escape from jail and sheltered him subsequently. Sharma revealed to the police that his escape from the Arrah court was part of a plot to kill UP's top mafia don turned politician Mukhtar Ansari.
